Pandora, which I've found enjoyable and helpful for finding new music I like based on music I know I like. It all (iTunes and Pandora) very seamlessly and dangerously integrated.
A few months back there was a
story about a New York library that was circulating iPod Shuffles with audio books loaded on them.
